If you would like to help with planning, implementing, spreading the word, growing the project - and/or any number of other practical actions to turn this idea (see our 2025 Open Letter for how we started) into reality:
- Find out more about our Kingston WildWays project.
- Let your garden grow wild. Take the Wilder Gardens Pledge and Garden Biodiversity Survey to receive a Garden Biodiversity Certificate (GBC) showing your garden's current and potential ecological rating. And find our collection of advice on wilding gardens.
- Encourage others - your neghbours, your local school or park or green space... - to join in, to help improve connectivity for wildlife. If you spot a nice wild patch on a grass verge tell your local councillors and the Council Green Spaces Team that you appreciate it - otherwise they only get complaints about untidiness!
and later:
- networking, energy, researching, creative and design skills... will all be needed - be prepared!
