TTK stakeholders - donors, project leaders, supporters and volunteers - are invited to join our Zoom AGM via this link  (Password: 334085). There will be Zoom waiting room while we gather from 10.45.

The AGM is our supporters’ opportunity to hear and ask questions about TTK activities and finances, and to participate in making  big decisions about the future of TTK, perhaps by volunteering to join the management team, by offering to run an activity or event, or by helping the management team to find a new way forward that would safeguard our projects.  

The Agenda includes all the standard AGM  items and reports + an appeal for new members of our management team, including some key officers; our Secretary and Treasurer will be standing down after many years of service, and we have not had a Chair for some years, so volunteers to take on these roles would be particularly welcome (please email Marilyn if you would be interested).

If no volunteers step up, the AGM would then need to discuss whether and how TTK projects and activities (Abundance, Canbury Community Garden, the Energy Group, the Green e-Directory, Green Drinks, Kingston Environment News, Stitch in Time, occasional campaigns...) could continue without a functioning management team to coordinate local Transition activities and manage TTK funds. The next stage might then involve an EGM.
