Transition Town Kingston celebrated in style at the Big Launch Party on April 17th 2010. Residents, supporters & community groups came together to celebrate all that has been achieved in the past 2 years and to plan Kingston's transition to a lower-energy future. There were creative workshops, beautiful displays, films & inspiring speakers, not to mention live music and delicious home-made food!
