How to order

For placing an order, the process is simple

Every Monday you will receive an email from From the Ground Up announcing the opening of a new order cycle.  You will be able to visit our shop, listing the choices of pre-selected fruit or veg boxes or a menu of items you can order individually.  Please remember you must first register with The Shop.  Once you do, you won't have to register again.  

Log in to the shop, select the items you wish to purchase, and submit your order by the coming Thursday by 10am.  

 

Your order will be packed by a team of energised helpers and waiting for you to collect at either the Kingston Environment Centre on Saturday mornings from 11 am to 12 noon or The Lamb Pub in Surbiton between 12noon and 1pm.  Each week we will alternate between venues.  

Paying: We ask that you bring cash in the amount of your order or close to it.  We also accept cheques payable to "From the Ground Up".  We do not accept cards at the moment.

Collection Venues

Your order is packed by volunteers with a shared passion for healthy, safe and affordable food.  We now offer a weekly service, alternating venues each Saturday.  The times and venues for collecting your orders are:
