From the Ground Up Food is a weekly collection food scheme offering:

• A choice of pre-selected family sized fruit & veg boxes ranging from £7-£9 AND/OR
• A menu of items that can be ordered individually in a variety of quantities
• Two collection venues to provide convenience in location and time 
• No minimum in number of items, time commitment or amount spent

In addition to fresh organic fruit and veg, From the Ground Up also offers:

• Organic bread from a London based organic bread bakery and a local artisan breadbaker in Ham
• Organic / pesticide-free jams, chutneys, marmalades & honey from local producers
• Organic cheese from a British cheesemaker

How From the Ground Up prices compare

Because we are entirely volunteer supported with minimal infrastructure and overheads, we can keep our prices very low. Only a nominal fee is added to each order to cover our expenses. Frequently we do price checks and our prices are consistently less expensive than other organic food outlets (supermarkets, box schemes) and often less expensive than non organics too.
